Debit and ATM Card Customers

If you have a Debit or ATM Card, a free, replacement Debit or ATM Card will arrive in the mail the week of conversion, September 17, 2012, to the address where you receive your statements, followed by your PIN (Personalized Identification Number).

  • If you would like to personalize your PIN call or stop into any Northwest Bank location; we will be happy to assist you.

Follow the instructions included with the Debit or ATM Card mailing to activate your card. You will be able to use your new card anytime after 8:00 a.m. CST on September 21, 2012.

If you attempt to use your old card after 10:00 p.m. CST on September 21st, your transaction(s) will be rejected. Please be sure to take the necessary steps to have enough cash on hand for the weekend.

  • Your new Debit or ATM card will arrive in an unmarked envelope; please do not mistake it for junk mail.
  • Northwest Bank has drive-up ATMs at each of our existing offices so you will have many convenient ATMs available to you. Northwest Bank is also part of the Privileged Status ATM network, so you may continue to use thousands of Privileged Status ATMs across Iowa and other states without paying transaction fees. You may access a list of Privileged Status ATMs here.

If you have questions, please contact any of our convenient locations to answer your questions.
