Which form do you qualify for? There are two possible forms to use when applying, 3508EZ or 3508.
Form 3508EZ Form 3508EZ will be used by most PPP borrowers. You will need to qualify to continue using the 3508EZ application. 3508EZ Qualifying Form | Form 3508 If the qualifying form does not apply to you, use form 3508. The regular form 3508 is a more complex document; for those borrowers who need to use it we suggest you seek professional assistance. |
For Borrowers over $150,000, you have two options to complete and return your information:
We have 60 days to submit your application once received; however, we expect to get this done within days. Once we’ve submitted it, the SBA has 90 days to respond. When the SBA provides us with a status of your application we will let you know. As always, our bankers are here to help you.
