For Borrowers at or under $150,000, you have two options to complete and return your information:

Option 1: print and Drop-off your 3508S APPLICATION TO YOUR NORTHWEST BUSINESS BANKER		Option 2: submit your 3508S Application electronically
	You may print off and complete the following documents and drop off at your local Northwest Bank. ***To protect your sensitive information, please do not email your application to your lender. We have 60 days to submit your application once received; however, we expect to get this done within days. Once we’ve submitted it, the SBA has 90 days to respond. When the SBA provides us with a status of your application we will let you know. As always, our bankers are here to help you.
