New Business Online Update!
We are excited to announce our new features, design and enhanced security for your Northwest Bank Business Online account!
In addition to added functionality on the "Home" and "Account" pages, your overall experience in your Business Online is improved with the addition of a processing message. The addition of the "Please wait…" message provides you a visual indication that the system is working and prevents any additional clicks that could cause the session to expire.
Advanced Home Page – Enhanced Features for a Better Experience!
- At any time, click the "HOME" button to navigate back to the "HOME" page.
- Easily assign and sort your favorite accounts.
- You can quickly toggle between favorites and all accounts ("Groups").
- Quickly make ACH or Wire transfers right on the home page.
- "Refresh" option on the home page allows you to monitor your accounts closer with refreshed account updates.
- Switching accounts on your home page is now easier.
Quick View Expanded
- The "Favorite Account" section also provides you with immediate access to your most recent transactions for those favored accounts. Each account can be expanded by clicking the
icon. Plus, there are two ways to view/search for archived transactsions. A link at the end of the transaction list or in the "Transaction Archive" box.
Redesigned Accounts Page
- The new design gives you the ability to toggle between Summary and Detail levels of your account information using the "Summary" and "Details" tabs.
- You will now be able to see the 50 most recent transactions in descending order, with the option to display more.
- You’ll have the ability to search through all available transaction history by default, in addition to the continued ability to search transactions by the statement cycle or business day in the "Search Transaction" section.
- A new "Check Image Viewer" tool will allow you to quickly locate a specific check or deposit image.
