Serving most recently as Community Bank President at Northwest Bank in Estherville, Chris also spent 4 years as Vice President of Retail Banking at Great Western Bank in Sioux Falls, SD. A strong community supporter, he has been the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce, and the New Business Committee Chair of Excel! Estherville.

Dave serves as treasurer of the Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross, President of the MCH Foundation Board, a member of the Nebraska Diplomats, past president of the Blair Rotary Club and serves on the administrative staff of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

A supporter of the community, Dean is actively involved in many organizations including Spencer Hy Noon, Spencer Family YMCA, Evening Shade Lodge, Spencer Area Shrine Club and the Clay County Relay for Life. Dean is one of Spencer's "Jack Wedel Award" recipients; he is the past president of the Siouxland Bankers Association and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking.
