Before using Mobile Banking, please note:

• Your cell phone must be a smart phone, or have unfiltered internet access to use Mobile Banking
• Account numbers may appear masked with asterisks on the screen of your phone
• You will be charged access rates depending on your carrier. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.

How to Enroll in Mobile Banking

Please note, you must be a current Internet Banking customer to use Mobile Banking. Need to enroll in Internet Banking? Enroll Now

1. Click Here to log in to Internet Banking, then click on the "Settings" button.
2. Scroll to the Mobile Banking section of the Settings screen and click "Edit".
3. Enter your 10-digit cellular telephone number, and then choose your cellular service provider from the drop down list. HINT: If you are unsure of your cellular provider, dialing 611 will usually connect you with customer service.
4. Enter a four-digit Mobile Banking PIN number, then repeat for confirmation. HINT: PIN number can be any four numerical digits. Your Mobile Banking PIN number is like a password.
5. Click "Submit". If Mobile Banking Enrollment was successful, two things will occur:
1. You will receive a "Mobile Banking Enrollment was Successful" message; you may now log out of Internet Banking.
2. Within a few minutes, you will receive a text message containing your first Mobile Banking login link.
6. Once you receive the text message, open the link in your phone's web browser.
7. Enter your Access ID and Mobile Banking PIN number when prompted, then click "Submit."
8. Welcome to Mobile Banking!

I Deleted My Text Message

If you've deleted your most recent text message, you will need to request a new one. There are two ways to request a new text message with a login link:

1. With your cell phone, visit Bank-Northwest.mobi.
1. Click "Request login link".
2. Click the "One Time Password" button.
3. On the following screen, enter your Access ID (the same as Internet Banking), then click "Submit".
4. Within a few minutes, you will receive a text message containing your Mobile Banking login link.
2. You can also request a text by visiting Bank-Northwest.mobi from your desktop computer and repeating steps one through three above.

I Forgot My PIN Number

Your Mobile Banking PIN is the 4-digit number you chose during the Mobile Banking enrollment process, and it acts just like your Internet Banking Password. There are two ways to reset your PIN number:

1. You can reset your PIN number from your desktop computer
1. From your computer, login to Internet Banking, then click on the "Settings" button.
2. Under the Mobile Banking section of the Settings screen, click "Edit" then enter a new 4-digit Mobile Banking PIN. Enter the new PIN number again to confirm.
3. Use your most recent text message, along with your new PIN number to login to Mobile Banking. Need a new text message? Request one here.
2. Or, contact any Northwest Bank location and a Retail Banker can assign a new Mobile Banking PIN number for you.
