In 2018, two out of three small to medium businesses (SMB) suffered a damaging cyber attack. In 20% of those cases, the attacks were fatal to the business, putting them out of business for good. Tragically, the basic controls that businesses have previously relied upon have been surpassed by the advancing technology employed by attackers.
