WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

At Northwest Bank our highest priority is to keep our employees, customers and community safe.  We believe by working together we can limit the spreading of the COVID-19 virus, therefore, our bank locations will have limited lobby access to appointment only.

Please call ahead or request an appointment prior to visiting our bank lobbies.  If you would like to make an appointment please complete this form and one of our bankers will be in touch with you. If you are showing any signs of the coronavirus or if you have been in contact with someone who has shown signs or has  been diagnosed with the coronavirus we kindly ask that you do not come into our facility.

Our drive-up lanes, ATMs, and digital services are open and available as regularly scheduled for our locations.

Our bankers will be proactively contacting any customers who require timely service, such as mortgage closings and loan signings. We encourage you to access your account(s) from home using our online and mobile banking resources.  Manage your money conveniently through your Online banking or your Northwest Bank Mobile app.

Planning & Preparation

This is a fluid situation, and we will continue to be informed, prepared and nimble in addressing and implementing our approach.

We have a business continuity task force that crosses multiple business and operational areas within Northwest Bank to ensure we're prepared for pandemic and other crisis events. This task force, which reports updates to executive management, is addressing topics such as travel, workforce policies, third-party readiness and additional cleaning and hygiene needs.

We have robust plans in place across our organization to ensure both our associates' safety and the sustainability of our business operations, so we can continue to meet and exceed the needs of our customers and partners.

Help Stop the Spread of Germs

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow, arm or a tissue (not your hand). Throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
