WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

At Northwest Bank our highest priority is to keep our employees, customers and community safe. We have started to reopen lobby access at several of our bank locations. Please continue to check this page as we continue to resume normal business hours and access.

We believe by working together we can limit the spreading of the COVID-19 virus. Our staff is proactively sanitizing and disinfecting areas including our Smart Deposit ATMs, drive-up tubes, pens and high traffic areas. Our lobbies will have a few changes including plastic shields at our teller lines and a door concierge to maintain customer traffic flow. Before entering our lobbies please read through our recommendations to help keep our employees, customers and community safe.

Our drive-up lanes, new Smart Deposit ATMs, and digital services are open and available as regularly scheduled for all our locations.

Our bankers will be proactively contacting any customers who require timely service, such as mortgage closings and loan signings.
