Dave Ward, Chief Credit Officer Northwest Financial Corp., Arnolds Park, IA is pleased to announce the promotion of Sharon Hotz to Senior Lender, EVP. Sharon’s responsibilities include supervision and production of all agricultural lending, small business, commercial and construction real estate in the North Central Iowa Region of Northwest Bank which includes Fort Dodge, Humboldt, Algona and Ames.
Hotz graduated from the Buena Vista University where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a 2016 graduate of Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI. Hotz has been with Northwest Bank for nearly 11 years and most recently was Business Banking Manager for the Fort Dodge region.
