Northwest Bank locations in the Arnolds Park and Spirit Lake hosted a community shred day event on July 24. This event allows community members the opportunity to securely dispose confidential paperwork that is no longer needed.  Free-will donations in the amount of $2,212.95 were accepted to benefit Dickinson County Relay for Life.

Nicole Evans, Retail Manager at Northwest Bank in Arnolds Park commented, “Hosting an annual shred day for our community is just one of several events we organize to support our local American Cancer Society organization. This year we had a record number of participants and donations.  We truly appreciate everyone’s participation and want to express our gratitude for the generous donations we were able to collect for such a great cause!”

Northwest Bank has been a corporate sponsor for Dickinson County Relay for Life since it was established 17 years ago. American Cancer Society representative, Dana Kauffman commented, “It’s wonderful to have a friendship and partnership with Northwest Bank. The bank and their team members are passionate about raising funds for cancer research and to show support to cancer survivors and their families in our community.”
