Northwest Bank Expands Customer Service Center Hours

Northwest Bank is pleased to announce we have expanded our customer service center hours. Customers may reach a representative via telephone by calling their local Northwest Bank phone number or toll-free at 1-800-678-4105, Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm. The expanded hours provide an opportunity for customers to complete some of their banking transactions outside regular business hours.
Luther Lampert, Communication Center Manager, AVP at Northwest Bank comments, “Even though many banking transactions can be completed through online banking and mobile banking services, we realize there are times when talking to a representative may be necessary or preferred. Being a local community bank, it’s important to us to provide the best service possible and expanding our customer service call center hours really fits in with our mission statement of Building Relationships – Exceeding Expectations.”
Northwest Bank has twenty bank locations and the customer service call center handles incoming calls from each region. Luther explains, “Our team can service a variety of requests and inquiries right over the phone, including assistance with debit cards, online and mobile banking, stop payments, account inquiries, balance transfers and loan payments, just to name a few.”
