Northwest Bank receives Gold Lender Designation from Iowa Finance Authority

The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) based out of Des Moines, IA recently announced that Northwest Bank has earned IFA’s Gold Lender designation for their outstanding efforts in assisting homebuyers in 2019. Northwest Bank is one of 18 institutions statewide that earned a top lender designation for 2019.
“I congratulate Northwest Bank who recently earned IFA’s Gold designation for 2019,” said IFA Executive Director Debi Durham. “IFA’s lender partners are the gateway to homeownership for thousands of Iowans each year.”
The Iowa Finance Authority offers mortgage and down payment assistance programs through a network of more than 400 lenders throughout the state. These partnerships allow Iowans the convenience of working with their local lender and access to IFA’s unique homeownership programs. More than 2,600 Iowans purchased a home through the assistance of IFA programs in 2019, more than any other year in IFA’s history.
