Joe Conover, President of Northwest Bank is pleased to announce that Doug Ragaller has accepted the position as Regional Bank President at Northwest Bank in Ames. Northwest Bank recently expanded their service area and opened a new bank location in Ames on July 27th.  Ragaller’s responsibilities include team development, coordinating bank involvement within the community and building lasting retail and business relationships.

Ragaller is a 1995 graduate of Iowa State University where he was a three-year football letter winner and member of the 1994 Academic All Big 8 team.  Ragaller is also a graduate of Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin – Madison. 

Prior to joining Northwest Bank, Ragaller was employed at U.S. Bank as Market President overseeing the management of their Ames and Boone, IA locations.

Doug, his wife Tina and sons Carson and Caleb reside in Ames. Doug is involved in the community and serves on the Ames Economic Development board, Gilbert Education Foundation board, Ames Planning and Zoning Commission, Cyclone Gridiron Club Board of Directors and is a member of the Cyclone Letter Winners Club.
