Sara Frerichs named Director of Credit Administration, EVP

Greg Post, President and CEO of Northwest Bank, is pleased to announce that Sara Frerichs has accepted the position of Director of Credit Administration, EVP for Northwest Bank.
Sara has been part of the Northwest Bank organization for 24 years.
Sara currently serves as Director of Loan Operations, SVP and has held that position since May, 2014. Sara has served in several capacities within the company beginning as a Personal Banker, to Managing branch locations, a top Mortgage Banker, and most recently running our loan operations.
As Director of Credit Administration, Frerichs will be responsible for all areas of credit administration for Northwest Bank, including Retail, Commercial and Ag lending areas. This position oversees Loan Policy administration and interpretation for Northwest Bank as well as loan portfolio information and management reporting. Her new position will also include Chair of the bank’s L&D committee as well as the Credit Administration Committee.

When asked about her new role, Frerichs said, “I look forward to the opportunity to serve as the Director of Credit Administration. I have had great mentors over the years and appreciate the opportunity to grow personally and professionally within our organization.” Sara resides in Spirit Lake with her two children.
