Paul Pick, Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender, brings over 27 years of financial services experience to the Northwest Bank team. Prior to joining Northwest Bank, he served as Vice President of commercial banking with Regions Bank. He is very active in his community serving as Treasurer of The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Breakfast Club and the Des Moines Network Breakfast Club. Brent Plantage, Vice President, Commercial Banker, manages a loan portfolio consisting of commercial real estate and operating loans. Brent is also responsible for marketing bank services to existing and potential commercial clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and History from Morningside. Brent also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO, completed the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and has completed a number of other banking seminars. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking. He and his family have lived in Spirit Lake for 18 years where he is deeply involved in the community as a member of Kiwanis, Immanuel Lutheran Church, and is involved with the Dickinson County Industrial Development Board along with other community organizations.
