Ralph serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Des Moines Homebuilders Association, is an EMT/Firefighter for Warren County, and is active in the Knights of Columbus.
Rudy is an Ankeny Native with over 20 years in banking and finance. He enjoys banking as it gives him an opportunity to provide valuable solutions to business owners, of all sizes, to assist with grow in their companies and create wealth for the communities we all serve. Rudy has been involved with multiple charities and non-profits over the years which include United Way, Mentor Iowa, Coaching Youth Sports and Charity Running. Throughout his 37-year banking career, Don has held many prestigious positions. A supporter of the community, Don is actively involved in The United Way, House of Mercy Board, and the Neighborhood Finance Corporation Audit Committee. Paul Pick, Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender, brings over 27 years of financial services experience to the Northwest Bank team. Prior to joining Northwest Bank, he served as Vice President of commercial banking with Regions Bank. He is very active in his community serving as Treasurer of The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Breakfast Club and the Des Moines Network Breakfast Club. Paul is also a current Chairman of the Urbandale Planning and Zoning Commission.
