Rogers is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Finance and Economics and earned an MBA from Iowa State. Prior to joining Northwest Bank Joel worked as a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Des Moines, IA and brings with him over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Joel and his wife Michele live in Ames. He is an active member of the community, a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and is involved with Martha’s House of Hope.
